DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Adviser will work under the supervision of the Chief Technical Adviser (CTA) and in close collaboration with the NPD, and will act as counterpart to the Monitoring and Evaluation Economist of the Economic and Planning Analysis Section in the Ministry of Agriculture (MOA). He/she shall be responsible for the management and supervision of all aspects related to the project Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), including the timely provision of robust M&E reports to the Project Technical Committee (PTC) and Project Steering Committee (PSC) at respective intervals, and to the external evaluation teams. With respect to the M&E system for the national extension system, he/she will work in close collaboration with Research and Extension Unit (NRR), the Extension Adviser and the main international consultant reviewing the extension system.
