DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Under the general supervision of the FAO Officer-in-Charge for the Iraq Programme and the direct supervision of the Chief, Special Emergency Programmes Service (TCES), and in close consultation with the relevant FAO headquarters Lead Technical Officers in the Animal Production and Health Division (AGA), the Project Manager will be responsible for management, administration and oversight of the implementation of projects in the veterinary and livestock sector.
