For Information The attached Desk Study of CGIAR Commitments in Latin America constitutes a revised version of an earlier draft discussed by the Committee at TAC 73 in September 1997. Members will recall that the Desk Study was commissioned by TAC to serve as a background document for the work of the Panel conducting the Study of CGIAR Commitments in Latin America and the Caribbean. The report of this Panel will be discussed at TAC 75 in September 1998. The attached draft is circulated for information purposes only. |
