Solutions for Resilience - Responses from forest and farm producer organizations to COVID-19

The objective of this session is to share innovative solutions from Forest and Farm Producer Organizations (FFPOs) in response to the COVID-19 crises as an element of building longer term, multi- dimensional resilience. Solutions range from managing risks and maintaining functionality of the smallholder production systems, increasing digital communication means, improving market access, diversification of livelihoods, social and cultural services, financial building blocks including savings and loans, access to finance, and building on traditional knowledge.
Countries and FFPOs have an expanded menu of practical solutions that can be adapted to their own context and situation leading to greater resilience to COVID-19 and other crises.
