27 February-morning The Ministerial Meeting of the Regional Conference for the Near East is taking place at FAO headquarters in Rome.Ministers from countries across the Near East and North Africa region are participating in the two-day high-level segment.Delegates at the Conference have been focusing on the state of food and agriculture in the Near East and North Africa and examining a strategy for sustainable water management as well as ways to reduce food losses and waste in the region.
