SYMPOSIUM "For safe, healthy and sustainable food"

With the aim of promoting a healthy lifestyle and in the framework of World Food Day 2016 celebrations, the University San Ignacio de Loyola (USIL) organized the symposium "For safe, healthy and sustainable food", through their Section on Nutrition and Dietetics. John Preissing, FAO Representative in Peru, made a presentation on the WFD theme and sustainable food in times of climate change.
