Project Phases
The three Phases in which the Project is articulated reflect the steps leading to the establishment of NAPC as an autonomous research body, capable to promote debate and awareness on agricultural policies and to act as an advisory organ for policy makers.
Future perspectives see the NAPC capable of mobilizing interest, shaping the terms of the policy debate and creating knowledge in the country and potentially even in the Region.

Phase III: November 2004- October 2007

Core Mission : Ensuring self sustainability of the NAPC

On-the-Job Training + short intensive courses + distance learning + fellowships and study tours
