Rural youth are the future of food security. Yet around the world, few young people see a future for themselves in agriculture or rural areas. However, rural youth face many hurdles in trying to earn a living. Therefore, we need to re-engage youth in agriculture. Can this be done?

YUNGA, in partnership with FAO, CTA and IFAD have developed a comprehensive report on Youth and Agriculture: Key Challenges and Concrete Solutions. This publication provides real life examples of how to engage and incentivize young people to be involved in agriculture.
