The World Food Forum is officially live! ✨

The World Food Forum (WFF) is an independent global network of partners, created for and led by youth, to spark a movement to transform our agri-food systems and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including “Zero Hunger”.

Aligning with the core principles of the 2021 United Nations (UN) Food Systems Summit, the WFF aims to serve as the premier platform to engage and harness the passion of youth, galvanizing action and identifying solutions to the growing challenges facing our agri-food systems.

The WFF was conceived by the Youth Committee of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) - a specialized agency of the UN, leading international efforts to sustainably defeat hunger and malnutrition. Formed and led by youthful staff, FAO’s Youth Committee was established in 2019 to tap into the potential of young employees as catalysts for change and to spark a global youth movement. Many youth partners from across the UN, as well as public and private institutions have since associated themselves with the WFF, and now embody a truly youth-led forum that works as a network for the transformation of our food systems.
