5. The Committee adopted the Provisional Agenda as proposed. The Committee agreed to hold informal ad hoc Working Groups on the International Numbering System (INS) (Agenda Item 12) and on Priorities (Agenda Item 18) under the chairmanship of Australia and the Netherlands, respectively.
