Abstract The following tutorial will introduce you to the Oracle Performance Management system. This system will be used to create your PEMS agreement (Planning Phase), the Mid Year Phase, and the Year End Phase. Please note that this tutorial will address the Planning Phase and Mid Year Phases only. The Oracle Performance Management system is very straightforward and user-friendly, but it is important that you use this tutorial to guide you through the process for the first time. Also note that this tutorial will guide you through the process from the perspective of a staff member and supervisor. This tutorial is not an exhaustive detailing of the Oracle Performance Management system. If you have questions at any time, please contact the PEMS team and we would be happy to assist you. |
