IUFRO PROVENANCE MEETING

Vancouver B.C. August/September 1978
The IUFRO Working Parties on Douglas Fir, Sitka Spruce, Lodgepole Pine and Abies spp., will hold a joint meeting in Vancouver, B.C., from August 20 to September 9, 1978. The meeting will deal with the collection of seed for provenance trials, and the establishment of such trials. The programme will consist of 4 days of indoor discussion sessions, a 9-day tour of Vancouver Island, and a choice of five different Study Tours of approximately one week's duration.
