LE SECRETAIRE GENERAL : Je disais donc que "si à un stade quelconque de l'élection il est impossible de pourvoir un ou plusieurs des postes vacants par suite d'un partage de voix égal entre plusieurs candidats, il est procédé à un tour de scrutin distinct, conformément aux dispositions de l'alinéa de l'Article XII du Règlement général pour savoir qui sera élu. Cette procédure se répète autant de fois que nécessaire."
CHAIRMAN : I will recapitulate the results which have just been announced. We have completed the composition of the Committee on Constitutional and Legal Matters, with Italy, Nigeria, Philippines, Switzerland, Hungary, United Kingdom and the United States as Members. I want to congratulate the Members of this Committee and thank them also for offering, because this is a labour of love, and we are grateful to El Salvador and Nicaragua also for offering to help in this Committee.
The composition of the Programme Committee is now complete. We elected Professor Milan Trkulja as Chairman, and Argentina, Brazil, Cameroon, India, Kuwait, Libya, Pakistan, Sierra Leone, France and the United States. I would again like to congratulate the Chairman and Members of this Committee, which is a considerably important one. We are looking forward to their guidance in the course of the Council.
With regard to the Finance Committee, we already have a Chairman, Mr. D.H.J. Abeyagoonasekera of Sri-Lanka, and Ghana, Panama, Peru, Saudi Arabia and Senegal as well as Australia and Canada. We have a tie between Germany and Greece and we will have to take a call again.

BULA HOYOS (Colombia): Antes de concluir la elección de los miembros del Comité de Finanzas, permítanme una palabra sobre un colega y amigo querido que cuenta con la simpatía del Consejo y también del Director General y sus colaboradores, Mossem Bel Hadj Amor ex-Presidente del Comité de Finanzas.
La delegación de Colombia propone que en la parte de nuestro informe sobre la elección de Presidente y Miembros del Comité de Finanzas, se incluya un párrafo de reconocimiento a la excelente labor cumplida por Bel Hadj Amor en varios períodos como Presidente del Comité de Finanzas.

Coming back to the completion of the composition of the Finance Committee, I suggest that we first deal with the other items on the Agenda, and then go back to the balloting to resolve the tie.
