This bibliography supplements CECAF/ECAF Series/75/1: "A bibliography of West African marine fisheries and fishery oceanography", published by FAO in April 1975. It contains 1012 citations, presented in the same format as the above publication; the indexes are based on the same criteria. Taken together, the two publications therefore constitute a reference tool to 3055 papers which deal with the fisheries of the eastern-central Atlantic.
Except where indicated by an asterisk (*), each citation has been validated against the original publication. It is hoped that there are no serious errors in citations where this has not been possible, or significant omission.
