Building passes

Important information to enter the FAO premises during the week of the Symposium:

-          Country Delegates and Permanent Representation to FAO can collect their building passes on Tuesday 20 November from 8:30 to 17:30 at the reception desk located at the FAO Main Entrance (Visitors gate)

-          Non-state actors can only collect their badges on Wednesday 21 November from 7:30 onwards at the reception desk located the FAO Main Entrance (Visitors gate). For this, please bring with you a valid ID/passport

Once you have received your building pass, you will be able to enter and exit the FAO building without going through the reception/Visitors gate. The building pass is valid for the duration of the Symposium and must be worn at all times.

Admission on FAO premises will at all times require the presentation of your building pass.

Rain is expected during the week of the Symposium (see weather.com). We encourage you to arrive as early as possible to get your building pass in order to avoid long waiting times at the FAO Main Entrance (Visitors gate).

Cloakroom

A cloakroom will be available in the A building, just entering the FAO Building, on the right side. It is behind the glass wall and will be available from 21 to 23 November.  On 21 November the cloakroom will open from 7.30.

Those wishing to leave their belongings there will receive a tag, which they need to return to recover their belongings.  Someone will be present at the cloak room the whole day.
