6 March, 2017, Praia - The Sub-regional Consultation of the Portuguese Speaking African Countries (PALOP) on the implementation of the Rotterdam Convention has started today in Cabo Verde with participants and experts from Cabo Verde, Guinea Bissau, São Tome e Príncipe, Mozambique and Angola, as well as Brazil, Italy and Mali. It is organized by the Secretariat of this Convention hosted by FAO with the support of the Government of Cabo Verde, with the theme “Measure the Impact: From the data collection to the national decision-making process”.
