Countries

Of the four Member Countries, three are considered as front-line countries for Desert Locust: India, I.R. Iran and Pakistan. Only Pakistan has two breeding seasons (summer and spring) while India and Iran have a single season of breeding, summer and spring respectively. Afghanistan is considered as an invasion country since Desert Locusts are normally not present in the country.
