Research4Life and FAO’s AGORA Expand Access to Unprecedented Volumes of Information Resources now boasting up to 234,000 total resources

22 Jan 2025

Research4Life and The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO)’s AGORA continue to enhance access to scientific and academic resources for institutions in low- and middle-income countries, now providing up to 234,000 total resources. This includes subscription-based scientific journals, comprehensive book collections, and other valuable information tools aimed at empowering research and education in low- and middle-income countries.

The expansion underscores Research4Life and AGORA's mission to bridge the global knowledge gap by enabling free or low-cost access to paywalled scientific literature. These resources play a pivotal role in advancing higher education, facilitating informed public policy decisions, and fostering cutting-edge research across disciplines like agriculture, health, the environment, and law.
