Stem: erect, angled.

Leaves: compound with 8-13 pairs of small, oval, bluntish, smooth leaflets, lower sides hairy. 

Inflorescence: flower - bluish purple, in dense raceme. Propagation by seed.

Flowering time: July-September.

Distribution: Common weed in the uncropped area, fodder crops and vegetables. More common in forest steppe zone of Mongolia.

Control measures: Cultivation in May followed by post-emergence herbicides and again deep cultivation in August-September can help to reduce its infestation in subsequent seasons.
