FAO Transforms 2nd Fair of Inspiring Experiences

Hybrid Event, 13/09/2023 - 15/09/2023

Live broadcast
Context

After a successful FAO Transforms Fair in 2022, a second version of this event will be held to exchange knowledge among FAO teams in the Region, highlighting projects with the potential to transform our agrifood systems under the FAO strategic framework (Better Production, Better Nutrition, Better Environment and Better Life), along with an initiative that promotes Better Institutional Support.

This edition seeks to highlight the joint work between FAO and its cooperation partners, inviting them to share their work experiences with the organization and to highlight the importance of collaboration to advance the objectives of the 2030 Agenda.

For this instance, 14 initiatives were selected that are considered inspiring, scalable, representative of various FAO interest groups (women, youth and indigenous peoples) and with a geographical distribution that covers the entire region.

Modality

The Fair will be presented virtually on September 13, 14 and 15 between 10:00 and 12:30 hrs. It will be presented in Spanish with simultaneous transmission in English.
