In recognition of the International Day of Forests and in the lead up to the launch of the 2021-2030 UN Decade of Ecosystem Restoration, the FAO Representation for Jamaica, the Bahamas and Belize, in collaboration with the UN Environment Programme Global Environment Facility- funded Integrating Water, Land and Ecosystems Management (GEF-IWEco) Project, the UN Environment Programme Caribbean Sub-Regional Office (CSRO) and the Cartagena Convention Secretariat have launched the RESTORATION BEGINS WITH ME Photo and Video Campaign.

The campaign aims to raise awareness of the value of ecosystem restoration, and to introduce the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration.
