This publication examines the role of nutrition-sensitive social protection in advancing progress toward ending hunger and poverty (sustainable development goals 1 and 2 (SDGs)). It presents the findings from phases one and two of the Inter Agency Social Protection Assessment tool on Food Security and Nutrition (ISPA-FSN), applied to programmes in four countries in the region based on reports prepared in 2023 and 2024.
