The international consultant that RFLP engaged to conduct a feasibility study for the introduction of ice production and distribution in Timor-Leste, produced a series of four manuals to support training delivered to key National Directorate of Fisheries and Aquaculture (NDFA) post-harvest staff. This manual, module 4 was on the cold chain principle.
