RFLP engaged international consultant input to a) to test and verify the newly developed FAO Draft Guidelines to competent authorities in implementing an accident reporting and analysis systems for small fishing vessels, and b) to pilot an accident at sea reporting system in Cambodia, Indonesia and Timor-Leste.    This report details the process, the results, lessons learned and makes recommendations for improved accident at sea reporting systems appropriate for South and Southeast Asia conditions.
