An international consultant engaged by RFLP conducted a feasibility study for the introduction of ice production and distribution in Timor-Leste, produced detailed equipment specifications for the procurement of ice plant equipment appropriate for Timor-Leste and detailed the process to follow to procure, import and install the ice plant equipment.
