This document is an illustrated summary overview of the baseline situation for i) co-management, ii) safety at sea and vulnerability, iii) post-harvesting and marketing of aquatic products, iv) livelihoods and v) access to micro-finance services in 15 selected the inshore coastal fisher communities in Cambodia in early 2011. This document is a readable, easily digestible synthesis of a comprehensive baseline survey report covering several hundred pages. The document is a best practice example of how to present important information in a format which policy makers can utilize and act upon.
