Safety at sea and reduced vulnerability

This document is a Sinhala translation of the users' manual for Garmin GPS operation. The translation of this users' manual from English into Sinhala was supported by the Regional Fisheries Livelihoods Programme, in Sri Lanka because many fishers were unable to read and understand the English users' manual.

Proceedings of a regional lessons learned workshop on safety at sea and vulnerability reduction, held in Dili, Timor-Leste in October 2011. Key findings, lessons learned and recommendations for both a) safety at sea and b) vulnerability reduction were presented by six participating south and southeast Asia countries, namely Cambodia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Timor-Leste and Viet Nam.
