In commemoration of IYAFA 2022 celebrations, the Ministry of Fisheries and Blue Economy (MPEB) and the GIZ Sustainable Aquaculture in Madagascar Project (PADM) would like to invite to the official launch of the Development Plan for Continental Aquaculture in Madagascar on 23 August 2022 in Antananarivo. The Plan de Développement de l'Aquaculture Continentale à Madagascar (PDACM) has been elaborated by the MPEB with the financial support of the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), implemented by GIZ. The event focuses on the presentation and official handover of the PDACM to the stakeholders of the aquaculture sector as well as to development agencies in Madagascar. In addition, the workshop participants will discuss the next steps for the implementation of the plan.
