Organised by the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT), this course is is designed specifically for researchers from the fields of plant breeding, molecular biology, agricultural biotechnology, bioinformatics and biometrics and is mainly divided into three modules. The first focuses on the freely available statistical computing software platform R; the second on phenotypic data analysis; and the third on quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis.
