Organised by the Centro de Ingeniería Genética y Biotecnología (CIGB) in Havana and co-sponsored by the International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB), the conference includes a number of symposia covering issues such as challenges and opportunities in fermentation technology; current trends in biomanufacturing; and new challenges in vaccine production.
