About the event: The event will present the results of the six month Post 2015 Global Thematic Consultation on Hunger, Food Security and Nutrition co-led by FAO and WFP with the support and sponsorship of the Governments of Spain and Colombia and explore effective ways for the Members to engage in the Post 2015 Development Agenda process.

Aims and Topics: The event has the following objectives: (1) Raise awareness and mobilize the support of FAO Member States for the vision and building blocks arising from the Post 2015 Global Thematic Consultation on Hunger, Food Security and Nutrition; and (2) to Explore ways to support the intergovernmental negotiations around the Post 2015 Development Agenda and the SDGs, while building on the comprehensive vision towards the eradication of food insecurity and malnutrition.
