Strengthening ties with partners in Brussels and beyond

FAO Assistant Director-General Maurizio Martina visited Brussels to meet key partners of FAO at the European Union institutions. He held talks with senior officials at the European Parliament, the European Commission, the Committee of the Regions as well as the European External Action Service.

During a visit to the FAO Brussels office, the Assistant Director-General exchanged with the FAO Brussels Team on the major flagship initiatives of the Organization and discussed the opportunities arising from the FAO Strategic Framework and the four Betters in terms of liaising with partners and stakeholders in Brussels.
