High-level event - The key role of agriculture in climate change: agenda for action

About the event: The key role of agriculture in coping with and adapting to the impacts of climate change is widely acknowledged and is now part of the UNFCCC COP21 Paris Agreement and the framework for delivering the 2030 Agenda on Sustainable Development. This side event will showcase the global challenges of putting these global processes into action and illustrate these with concrete country examples while also considering the realities of taking action at appropriate scale and with appropriate investment.
