An International Review of Forestry and Forest Products
FAO - The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations
Cover design: It was originally intended to organize an international poster competition in connection with the Fourth World Forestry Congress. For various reasons this project had, at this time, to be abandoned. A design meant for this competition is reproduced on the cover; it was drawn by M. Cassola of FAO's Documents Service after a sketch by G.G. Watterson of the Forestry Division. The photographs on pages 120 and 121 are also by a member of the Forestry Division, M. A. Huberman.
