In an effort to quickly and effectively describe the role - and different perspectives - of social protection in the context of FAO's mandate, this two-sided infographic focuses on the work we carry out with rural populations on one side, and with governments and other relevant players on the other. This quick visual guide will be an added value for time-poor resource partners who will be able to understand - in less time - the important role social protection and FAO play in breaking the cycle of poverty and building sustainable and productive livelihoods for the vulnerable, rural poor. This will be shared via Social Media and made available at meetings and events where reosurce partners are present and participating.
