ERP Coordination Unit provided technical assistance to the participants of the Consultative meeting.
Among main recommendations relevant to ERP expressed by the meeting one can find reference to the fact that:

• Special emphasis should be placed on the development of basic education and skills training for rural youth.
• [There is a need to ] put in place policies, structures and infrastructures that will allow a free formal and public primary education for all, with specific attention to girls, poor people in urban and rural areas, street children, indigenous youth, youth with disabilities and refugees.
