This video was produced by the European Commission for the control of Foot-and-Mouth disease (EuFMD) to raise awareness amongst farmers living in areas which are currently free from the disease. It outlines the main transmission routes of FMD and the clinical signs which characterize the infection. Furthermore, the actions which need to be taken in the event of an outbreak occurring in an FMD free country are described
