Component 3.4 Improved National and Regional Capacity for the roll-out of the Global Strategy and the Management of FMD
This component will help make available resources for national and regional programmes, to better communicate the intended messages of the Progressive Control Pathway, and how it can be applied at national level. It will include some adaptation based on feedback, at least once per year an online course to support the “train the trainer” approach and support GF-TADs regional effectiveness. The provision of in-country regional or national training will not be budgeted to the EU, with the expectation expecting that external partners provide funding, e.g. FAO and WOAH will find support for any in country application.
