The Regional Office for Europe and Central Asia organized on 23 and 24 March 2010 an Informal Consultation on Priorities for FAO Assistance in Europe and Central Asia region to review the challenges faced by FAO member countries in the region and recommend FAO technical assistance to respond to the challenges. The consultation focused on issues and problems faced by the member countries from Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia subregions.
