- review known climate change impact projections, national policy scenarios and outlook studies and their regional implications with a focus on adaptation and mitigation measures in agriculture and then, to the extent possible,
- develop recommendations on best practices for adaptation and policy measures at the national and regional levels (including international cooperation at trans-boundary and sub-regional levels) as well as
- proposals for technical assistance to the member countries in the Europe and Central Asia region for future research and adaptation responses both at national and regional levels.
