FAO Regional Office will  provide facilitation support to the Round table, in line with the FAO Partnerships strategy for capacity development for partnerships between non-state and state actors.

The general objective of the event is to establish regular dialogue “platform” between state and non-state actors for most actual issues on food security

Leading NGOs and local government representatives, as well as FAO Consultants will attend the event, among others Novikov A. – former member of the Russian State Duma (1999-2003) - who will present his recommendations for better partnerships.
