The secretariat will

• update the Committee regarding the on-going preparation for the 39th Session of the ECA 2015 in Budapest
• present the draft annotated agenda and time table for the 30th Regional Conference for Europe to be held in May 2016 in Antalya, Turkey

The Executive Committee may wish to provide comments to the agenda items and express views and positions regarding the selection of the topic for the Ministerial round table discussion. Based on the comments from the Committee the secretariat would prepare a revised version and present it to the European Regional Group in July 2015 for their discussion and review.
