The Subregional Office for Central Asia will organize a regional training workshop in cooperation with Regional Office for Europe and Central Asia and FAO Representation in Tajikistan. The objective of the training workshop is to review the current situation and enhance the capacity of national experts on sustainable crop production intensification and conservation agriculture.

The common issues and perspectives for promotion of sustainable crop production intensification in the region will be discussed in the working groups. The participants will visit the trials of summer crops and participate in no-till planting of winter crops.
