An innovative approach in a small village in Romania
The Neighborhood Women Association from Saschiz was established as a nonprofit association in November 2015, by a group of 23 women who live and/or work in the village: housewives, entrepreneurs, doctors, teachers, aiming to promote and support the common rights and interests of women and families in rural areas at micro-regional, regional, national and even international level, in order to create opportunities for their participation in social activities, arts and culture, developing related projects within these areas.
