Climate change on fisheries and aquaculture
Limiting and managing the impacts of climate change on fisheries and aquaculture, will largely depend on the sector's ability to implement mitigation and adaptation strategies. FAO supports member countries and partners to achieve this goal, thinking first at all those people that depend on the sector for their nutrition, income and livelihoods. This page offers a gateway to products, services, initiatives and good practices to mitigate and adapt to climate change and its impact on aquatic food systems.
