Factors provoking friction and internal breakdown in rural agricultural enterprises

The factors that strengthen organizations are analyzed, by studying the organizational process and the perceptions of the members, in order to determine the factors that initiate friction and breakdown within an enterprise. Factors that initiated friction were found to be the lack of communicational feedback between executives and workers, the uncontrolled socialization of problems, a lack of satisfaction within the group of perceived achievements and the perception that directorship efforts were not rewarded. These factors generated organizational breakdowns expressed as lacks in motivation, participation and commitment of the workers or in a continuous changeover of executives. This aspect is related to the feedback of the organizational process and to the necessary discussion and socialization so that individual and group efforts coincide with the objectives that were seen by the group to have a greater priority .
