Fifteen years implementing the Right to Food Guidelines

This publication highlights efforts of a number of countries, organizations, groups, at the global, regional and national level, in taking legislative actions, designing policies and strategies, setting up accountable institutions and bodies, to respect, protect and fulfill this human right. While looking at good implementation practices from the past fifteen years, this review offers concrete examples of how this global normative instrument can still make a substantial and decisive contribution to today’s global challenges and offers six takeaway policy messages to guide our future actions.
