The news is about the Regional Experience Sharing Seminar on Generation, Development and Access to Appropriate Technology, Technical Assistance and Rural Extension for Family Agriculture conducted in the framework of the Special Meeting on Family Agriculture.

Representatives from governments and social and peasant organizations of family farming in Uruguay, Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Venezuela, Ecuador, Chile and Bolivia. On the first day of the Seminar two panels were developed: one related to public policy the countries of the region on agricultural research and rural extension to family agriculture and the other on research, technical assistance and rural extension from the perspective of social organizations.
