从刀耕火种到“刀耕覆盖” 在非洲布基纳法索地区的创新型农民群体正在 扭转利用农作物残茬覆盖土地的建议。相反,他们 利用本土灌木覆盖退化最为严重的土地。而当这些 土地再次恢复使用时,农作物产量逐步上升了。农 学家已经注意到了这一显著成果,并正同农民们合 作提高相关技术。
