食典委观察员

典委的中心职能是协作、包容、建立共识和透明等核心价值观。政府和非政府组织以及公共和私营组织,都在确保食典文本具备最高质量并以坚实科学为基础方面发挥着至关重要的作用。

如果食典委不欢迎并认可观察员所做出的宝贵贡献,那么在国际标准制定领域就不会具备权威性。专家技术机构、行业协会和消费者协会本着开放、协作和透明的精神,推动标准制定进程。

府间组织和国际非政府组织可以申请取得食典委观察员地位,以便在标准制定进程的各个环节出席会议并提出自己的意见。

目前,食品法典委员会拥有:211 个法典观察员 - 48 个国际政府间组织、147 个非政府组织、16 个联合国机构。
